Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at support@buyglucoguard.com or 833-622-1218. We can change the address or cancel the order until it ships. After it ships, it can be returned under our Refund policy.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We will open a claim with the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returned to sender

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange to reship it.
